Welcome

Welcome to the 185th Air Refueling Wing Passenger Terminal home page.

Space available air transportation is a privilege extended to active duty and reserve military members, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, retired military personnel and their dependents. This program is governed by DoD Regulation 4515.13R, Air Transportation Eligibility. Prior to acceptance, all personnel must meet the requirements outlined in this regulation.

Air National Guard departures and arrivals from the 185th ARW using the Space-A program are different than traditional aerial port and passenger terminals. The 185th ARW does not have channel missions, or regularly scheduled flights. Due to mission type and priority of space required passengers, not all flights out of the 185th ARW will have space available seats.

The 185th ARW Passenger Terminal processes passengers during normal duty hours, 0700 to 1530. Limited passenger support is available based on personnel availability and other mission requirements. For your convenience, the 185th ARW Passenger Terminal maintains a 24-hour automated flight information recording phone line, 712-233-0220. The flights with seats available will be posted on the phone line 24-72 hours prior to scheduled departure. Once a flight has been released with seats, the passenger prioritization process can begin with the passengers that have signed up.

To ensure the most accurate seat release information, call and listen to the flight information recording at 712-233-0220.  Please ensure you call the hotline prior to leaving for the Passenger Terminal for any mission status updates or time changes.

The 185th ARW Passenger Terminal is committed to providing you the best possible service. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. 185.arw.space.a@us.af.mil

All Passengers must arrive movement ready.  Duty passengers must have a physical copy of current travel orders for AMC to keep.  Passengers who are not movement ready may be denied travel.

Passengers traveling via Space-Available travel must have a physical copy of all travel documents (leave paperwork, DD 1853, Space-A travel letter, and/or EML forms). DoD ID cards must be valid; and passports must be valid for at least 3 months beyond departure date.
