185th Maintenance Group

The 185th Maintenance Group aircraft maintenance facility provides broad ranging aircraft maintenance for the Air Refueling Wing’s KC-135 mid-air refueling aircraft. Numerous maintenance specialties are involved in ensuring the unit’s aircraft are prepared to fly each day.  

185th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

The 185th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron is responsible for performing on-equipment maintenance support to maintain the health of eight assigned KC-135 aircraft. Their efforts enable the fleet to meet operations training requirements and strategic airlift mission taskings.

185th Maintenance Squadron

The 185th ARW Maintenance Squadron provides essential on and off-equipment repair and support maintenance for all assigned KC-135 aircraft. It maintains and operates aerospace ground equipment and fabricates structural components for aircraft and associated support systems. It is responsible for all home station check and refurbish inspections and intermediate maintenance to support local training and worldwide taskings as directed by the Air Mobility Command.
