A-7 Corsair Static Display transferred from Martin Field to 185th ARW

Sioux City, IA --  

185th Air Refueling Wing Airmen and Soldiers assigned to Bravo Company 1st Battalion 171st Aviation Regiment in Davenport, IA transferred an A-7 Corsair Static display from Martin Field, South Sioux City, NE to Sioux City, IA’s 185th ARW paint facility with a CH-47 Chinook helicopter on May 7, 2025. The 185th ARW received the aircraft for restoration. The Airplane has been on display at Martin Field since 2003.
