Airmen with the 185th Air Refueling Wing were recognized for scoring 100 percent on the fitness assessment in 2012 during an informal ceremony on July 14, 2013 at the 185th ARW air base in Sioux City, IA.

Col. Brian Miller, commander of the 185th ARW, presented each person with a commander's coin for their accomplishment.

These scores show you can lead in other ways, said Miller while congratulating the members.

The U.S. Air Force fitness test consists of push-ups, sit-ups, a timed 1.5 mile run, and a waist measurement. All maximum scores are based on age and gender.

"It felt pretty good to be recognized for something like that," said Staff Sgt. Keely Gill with the 185th Medical Group.

Twenty one memebers of the unit scored 100 percent.
