He is a 6th degree Master in Taekwondo as well as other self-defense techniques.

    Iowa National Guard Master Sgt. Lynn Koger Unit Training Manager 133rd Test Squadron Fort Dodge, Iowa showed quilts she has made at a recent quilt show. During the past 24 months she kept making quilts even when she deployed to Iraq.
