President Barack Obama arrives at the Sioux City, Iowa based 185th Air Refueling Wing of the Iowa Air National Guard, during a campaign stop here on Saturday Sept 1, 2012. He was greeted by Col Brian Miller 185th Air Refueling Wing Commander and Col Mark Foreman, Wing Vice Commander. Col Foreman was presented with a presidential challenge coin on the occasion of his retirement after more than 30 years military service.
