Hot Ramp

A KC-135 on the ramp in Sioux City, Iowa is the backdrop to a digital thermometer illustrating the temperature in Sioux City on July 25, 2012. Day time high temperatures have been in the high 90’s and consistently breaking 100 degree mark for most of June and July in Iowa. Showing a temperature of 110 degrees, the digital thermometer was placed on the concrete to illustrate how warm it is on the ramp. USAF Photo by: MSgt Vincent De Groot (released)
