Blind Leadership

Technical Sergeant Julia Smith of the 185th Air Refueling Wing explains the station where one person will lead another through a field of "landmines" while the member being lead is blind folded. The youths, all 8th grade students from Sioux City Schools are participating in a day-long event where they learn leadership techniques and have an opportunity to put them into practice.
