CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - June 13, 2008, Tech Sgt. Marc Borden, an aircraft field assistant with the 185th Air Refueling Wing in Sioux City, Iowa, answers flood related questions to a civilian in need of assistance. Borden's duties include checkpoint setup, safety measures, making sure civilians do not cross into the flood waters. The Iowa Air National Guard was mobilized by the state to provide assistance for the flooding in Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Des Moines, Iowa.
