Lt. Col. Warren G. Nelson, 185th Tactical Fighter Group, along with Iowa Governor Harold Hughes, step off an Iowa Air National Guard F-100F at the Volk Filed Combat Readiness Training Center in Wisconsin on July 22, 1966.
