A recent addition to the 185th Air Refueling Wing, Gary Swalve is the new Personal Financial Counselor for the Iowa National Guard in Northwest Iowa. Swalve’s primary responsibility will be the 185th Air Refueling Wing in Sioux City, Iowa and has hopes of eliminating debt for service members.
