A U.S. Air Force F-100 Super Saber is displayed in front of the new consolidated support facility at the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing in Sioux City, Iowa on May 30, 2019. The 37,000-square-foot, $12.4 million dollar structure is the new home for the unit’s clinic, food services, communications function and public affairs office. The new construction is a first for each of the unit’s tenants, in that the building has been designed and built specifically for these military functions.
