Maj. Gen. Ben Corell, the adjutant general of the Iowa National Guard presents a gas can trophy to pilots from the 185th Air Refueling Wing operations group who won first place in the unit’s annual chili contest in Sioux City, Iowa on October 23, 2019. Corell is in Sioux City touring the Air Guard facility located at the Sioux City regional airport.
