Master Sgt. Kim Carda, is awarded the Iowa Meritorious Service Medal for participating in the Honor Guard at Sioux City Iowa, January 5, 2020. Carda was awarded the medal for exceptional professionalism, motivation and technical competence while serving on the 185th Honor Guard. In the last two fiscal years the 185th Honor Guard preformed a total of 69 details which include parades, presentation of the colors, History of the flags, rendering funeral honors and more.
