Iowa ANG T-6 1953

A T-6 Texan assigned to the 174th Fighter Bomber Squadron of the Iowa National Guard based in Sioux City, Iowa is on the ramp at the Sioux City, Iowa based Air Guard unit in 1953. During the early 1950’s the unit was equipped with the F-80 shooting star and used the T-6 as a pilot trainer.
