A 185th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 Stratotanker enters a right downwind leg while in the traffic pattern in Topeka Kansas. The Aircraft originally diverted from Topeka Kansas to Des Moines to avoid sever weather in Kansas and pilots practiced taking off and landings on the return flight.
