A photo of New York City taken from the Empire State Building on March 20, 2002. Air Force Photographer Senior Airman Oscar Sanchez was with a group of Iowa Air National Guard members from the Iowa ANG’s 185th Fighter Wing on temporary duty assigned combat air patrol mission flying missions over New York City.
