B - roll video shows firefighters from the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing in Sioux City, Iowa responding to vehicle accident as part of state wide emergency exercise “Stable Mercury” on September 18, 2019.

Video shows fire fighters removing (or extracting) two people from a two car accident as part of the exercise.

The emergency exercise has Iowa National Guard and state civilian emergency management authorities working together in order to test their response to a catastrophic event.

The end of the video shows firefighters demonstrating some of the tools used during vehicle rescue operations.
