  • Iowa ANG 133rd Test Squadron Airman return home

    Members of the Iowa National Guard’s 133rd Test Squadron from Fort Dodge, Iowa returned home on Wednesday April 25, 2018 following a six month deployment to the Middle East. The Airman returned to Sioux City on a commercial flight late in the evening on the 25th where they were met by family members and well-wishers in the unit’s main aircraft hangar.

  • Spring Fling

    --Sioux City, Iowa The 185th Bats Family Club, a support group for the 185 Air Refueling Wing, Sioux City, Iowa, sponsored its first annual Spring Fling event at the Sergeant Bluff middle school on Saturday, 3 March 2018. At the event, open to the families of unit members, each child was given a gift bag filled with treats upon entering the event along with free hotdogs, chips and a drink. The children had fun playing board games, watching movies, and playing basketball in the gym. With all of these options to enjoy the Easter egg decorating seemed to top the list followed closely by having hopping races with the “Easter Bunny”.
  • Sentry Aloha 18-1 comes to an end

    Exercise Sentry Aloha 18-1 held at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, ended Jan 24. 2018. The exercise which takes place several times a year is hosted by the Hawaii Air National Guard which is the Air Force’s largest ANG wing.
